The short version

Lot Dog is a free community platform for jam-band fans and lot artists. Be cool, don’t be a jerk, and don’t use the site to do anything illegal. That covers most of it.

Your account

You need an account to follow artists, mark shows, send lot dog requests, and post in show threads. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. One account per person.

What you post

You own the content you post (bios, photos, messages). By posting it on Lot Dog you grant us a license to display it on the site. You can delete your content at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us.

Don’t post content that:

• Is illegal, threatening, or harassing.
• Infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark.
• Is spam, scams, or misleading.
• Contains malware or phishing links.

We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Artist profiles

Artist profiles are free. We don’t take a cut of anything you sell on the lot — Lot Dog just helps fans find you. Don’t impersonate another artist or create fake profiles.

No warranty

Lot Dog is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep the site running and your data safe, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime or that the site will always work perfectly. Use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lot Dog and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we’ll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
