Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Lot Dog account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete specific data (keep your account)

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove data. From inside the app you can, at any time:

• Change or remove your profile photo and uploaded photos
• Delete messages you posted in show threads
• Unfollow artists and remove lot dog connections
• Remove shows you marked as attending and tour stops you pinned
• Edit your name, username, bio, and Instagram handle

To request deletion of any other specific data without closing your account, email us at hello@lot.dog and tell us what you’d like removed. We’ll handle it within 30 days.

Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your whole account is right inside Lot Dog:

1. Open the Lot Dog app and sign in.
2. Go to the You tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t sign in, email us from the address on your account at hello@lot.dog with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data associated with it, including:

• Your profile (name, username, bio, and Instagram handle)
• Your email address and sign-in credentials
• Your profile photo and any uploaded photos
• Your follows, lot dog connections, and show attendance
• Messages you posted in show threads

We do not retain a copy of your personal data after deletion. Limited records may persist only where required by law.
